Sales Policies
All underwear, swimwear, adult items, and clearance styles are final sale. There are no returns or exchanges for these items.
Regular clothing and accessories may be exchanged or returned within 14 days from date of purchase, in original condition, with tags and receipt. Returns are credited back to your original form of payment.
Discounts and Promotions
Locally-made items and Gift Certificates are excluded from promotional pricing and discounts.
Earned VIP program discounts cannot be combined.
Fitting Rooms
We have two fitting rooms available in store. We provide complementary disposable briefs to use when trying on underwear and swimwear styles. If you're unsure about sizing, please take a moment to try on and ask an associate for fit and sizing recommendations. All underwear and swimwear styles are final sale.
Online Sales
Our online store and our retail store share the same inventory. We pull stock directly from our sales floor to fulfill online orders. Your shipped items may not include original packaging materials.
We do our very best to have accurate inventory counts on the website. In the event of an inventory error, we'll contact you for your preference regarding substitutions or cancelling an item for refund. We're humans too and appreciate your flexibility.
Any approved items for return from an online order may be shipped back within 14 days from date of shipping receipt. Refunds are made back to your original form of payment and can take 3-5 business days to post back to your back account.
Order Processing
We aim to have your order processed and shipped within 24 hours of order receipt. Orders placed on the weekends or a holiday will ship the next business day.
Our shipping service is UPS Ground. All orders are insured and trackable. Orders shipping to P O Boxes and APOs are shipped via USPS.
Shipping quotes are for the continental United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Please contact us for custom quotes for HI, AK, and PR.
We reserve the right to cancel any online order.
Online orders are shipped discreetly with unbranded mailers. Our shipping labels list the shipper at Order Fulfillment. Credit card charges are labeled at toolboxindy.com
In Store/Curbside Pick Up
Pick up is available during regular store hours. For curbside pick up, please call us at 317-602-7778 when you're on your way.
International Orders
Please contact us for custom quotes for orders outside the US. All items are shipped insured and trackable. The buyer is responsible for any additional duties, fees, or taxes that may be assessed by the buyer's local government. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any international order.
Payment Options
We accept cash and all major credit cards for payment. We do not accept cheques because the 90s are over. Tap to Pay is available in store.
